Penrith Young Farmers’ Car Treasure Hunt is happening today from 11am, and with the sun set to shine, it’s looking like a great day to get out and about and take part in the Penrith Young Farmers’ Car Treasure Hunt and enjoy the local countryside around Penrith.
Get a team together, jump in the car and see if you can work out the clues as you make your way around the local area. It’s just £5 per person to take part, with the event helping to raise funds for Penrith Young Farmers.
The PYF are also getting busy with plans for their annual bonfire, so today’s event will help the club raise funds as they prepare for another popular community event later in the year.
The treasure hunt starts at Mossthorn Farm, Pallet Hill, with the first car leaving at 11am and the last car setting off at 12 noon.
The route will finish at Hutton End Village Hall, where participants can relax after the hunt and enjoy some well-earned refreshments. Tea, juice, homemade cakes and snacks will be available at the hall.
Whether you’re bringing the family, getting a group of friends together or simply fancy a bit of fun on a sunny Sunday, why not get involved and support Penrith Young Farmers?
It’s a chance to enjoy a bit of local treasure-hunting fun while helping the club raise funds for its activities and preparations for the annual bonfire.
