Farrini Pizzeria & Pasticceria Café officially opened its doors today (Saturday 10th January) at 10am, welcoming customers to its new premises in New Squares, Penrith.
After months of preparation behind the scenes, the team have been welcoming guests throughout the day to sample their authentic Roman-style pizza. The pizzas are made using long-fermented dough, with a minimum fermentation time of 48 hours, following traditional Roman methods. The high-hydration dough and premium ingredients are designed to produce pizza that is light, crispy, and easy to digest.
Alongside its pizza offering, Farrini Pizzeria & Pasticceria Café also serves a wide selection of Italian desserts, freshly prepared and ideal to enjoy with a coffee or as a finish to a meal.
The Farrini team say their focus is on reviving real Italian flavours, with particular attention to the dough and desserts, which they believe make the difference.
