The Lights For Lucy Festive tractor run will take place on Sunday (1st December) raising money for Children Cancer North in memory of Lucy Bland who passed away in January 2022, having battled leukaemia.
The festive tractor run organising by Lucy’s brother Tom in memory of his sister is raising funds for Children’s Cancer North an independent charity supporting individuals and families affected by childhood cancer.
On Sunday tractors taking part in the Lights for Lucy festive tractor run will be covered in lights and festive decorations for the charity tractor run that will pass through parts of Penrith and local villages with the tractor convoy departing from Penrith auction at 4pm travelling through the following villages:
Leave Penrith Auction- 4pm
Greystoke - 4.30pm
Motherby - 4.40pm
Penruddock - 4.50pm
Dacre - 5.15pm
Pooley Bridge - 5.30pm
Tirril - 5.45pm
Eamont Bridge - 6pm
Edenhall - 6.30pm
Beacon Edge - 6.50pm
Arrive back to Penrith Auction 7.15pm

The convoy will then head through Penrith and out via Castletown and via Mile Lane back to the Penrith Auction Mart were everyone is invited to along to after the tractor run to see the tractors and have their tickets at the ready for the charity raffle draw that will take place. The raffle has received lots of amazing prizes donated by local businesses and tickets are available locally and will also be available on the night at £10 a book £2 a ticket.
As well as the raffle drawn for some amazing prizes there will also be food available at and for those taking part in the tractor convoy, there will be a £200 cash prize for the best decorated tractor.
