Tiktok Chef Ryan Robinson will be cooking at the Cross keys Inn on Bank Holiday Monday and continuing to serve up his world famous offerings on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Ryan will be taking over the kitchen at the Cross Keys after a rather unique opportunity was offered by Joe who posed a video on Tiktoc asking if anyone wanted the keys to his pub. With an offer to take over and run the front of house the kitchen or the entire operation for a night or a few days for anyone interested in getting a taste of what its lie running a pub.
Joe’s video received hundreds of replies including Ryan who offered to take over the Cross Keys kitchen for a few days and serve up some of the food that Ryan has gathered a large following with on Tiktok alongside his day in the life video posts from when he was head chef at the White Lion Pub and has since moved to Slice. Both in the North East.
Ryan is known for his chicken parmos and Yorkie burgers and will be bringing his best known dishes to Penrith at the Cross keys Inn next week.

Garlic Mushrooms
Cheesy Potato Bites
Chicken wings
Main Meals:
Sausage and Mash with gravy and caramelised onions.
The Chicken Parmo with a choice of Classic, Hot & Spicy, Salt & Pepper or Hunters
Served with Chips and Garlic Mayo
Salt & Pepper Chicken with Rice & Curry Sauce
Burgers:
All served with Homemade Chips & Coleslaw
The Mother Clucker - Fired Chicken, served with Southern Style Gravy
The Peppercorn Burger – Tow Beef Patties, with Cheese & Peppercorn Sauce
The Yorkie Burger – Pulled Chicken & Stuffing in between tow Yorkshire Puddings.
