Roadwork’s and traffic lights on A6 South of Penrith

Drivers are facing minor delays on the A6 through Clifton due to traffic lights and the south bound section of the A6 through Clifton been closed to allow electricity north west to carry out line replacement and tree pruning works through the village.

The work is expected to be completed by 5pm today and the road fully reopened.
