Power cut hits 250 properties in Penrith and Clifton

Electricity North West are dealing with a power cut that is effecting 250 properties in Penrith and Clifton currently.

The power cut occurred just after 16:30 today, caused by an unexpected incident on the high voltage cable that provides electricity to the area,Engineers hope to have power restored by 22:00 tonight to all customers currently without power.
