On March 25th, lorry drivers were parked up, engines off, and cab lights glowing for the inaugural SNAP Haul of Fame Awards. The awards were launched by SNAP to shine a spotlight on the drivers, sites, and services that make European haulage what it is.
With thousands of votes and nominations submitted from across Europe, with categories ranging from Best Large Truck Stop to Unsung Hero, the awards celebrated every corner of the haulage industry.

On winning the Best Large UK Truck Stop award AWJ Truckstop said “We’re delighted to have been named Best UK Large Truckstop 2026 in the SNAP Haul of Fame awards. It was a strong field this year, and we’re incredibly grateful to our customers, drivers and supporters for helping us secure the win.”
