M6 reopens after 12 vehicle crash

Cumbria Police have reported all lanes have now reopened after a 12 vehicle crash earlier this evening closed the M6 northbound between junction 39 and Junction 40.

All lanes are now fully reopened on the section although with multiple RTC reported across Cumbria this evening due to weather conditions advice is to slow down and allow extra time for your journey.
