Saturday will see the 128th Skelton Show take place offering its Celebration of Rural Life and Mix of Entertainment and even Football with a Big Screen showing the Euro24 match.
The organising committee and team of volunteers are working finalising last minute preparations this evening to ensure that this year's event delivers another action-packed day for all on Saturday.
The traditional agricultural aspects are still very much at the heart of Skelton show in addition to the large selection of cattle, horses, dogs and sheep, there are marquee full of entries for judging in the cooking, painting, floral arts, vegetables and walking sticks categories.
The extensive @TasteSkelton Food and Gifts and Crafts tents are set to provide a wide range of produce to taste and purchase whilst other special attractions include
NEW for this year the ‘Inter Hunt Relay’ – should be fast, furious and fun!!
There will also be an invasion of the Biking Vikings from the North East!!

The bar and entertainment area will also be show the UEFA Euro24 Quarter Final football game live on the big screen at 5pm with the bar open until 7.30pm.
Skelton Show will take place at the Old Park, Hutton in the Forest, just outside Penrith and is signposted from Junction 41 of the M6.
The showfield will be open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Entrance fees for Skelton Show 2024 are:
