Another Shoplifting Gang Targets Penrith stealing over £500 worth of goods
Over £500-worth of goods were stolen from B&M in Penrith by a shoplifting gang that targeted the store on Sunday.
Eden Neighbourhood Policing team said they were extremely grateful to members of the public who helped officers locate the three men suspected of shoplifting, from the B&M store today (Sunday 24th November).
It said: “Without the help of the public, officers would not have been able to locate the stolen property or apprehend the suspects. Over £500-worth of stolen goods recovered. Thank you for your assistance.”
The stolen goods valued at over £500 consisting of alcohol and electrical goods were recovered by police as another shoplifting gang targeting Penrith in a growing trend over the last year that police have captured.
