Police are investigating an incident that occurred in the Penrith Morrisons car park on Tuesday March 12 at 5.29pm.
A man approached a pregnant woman who was in her vehicle and touched her on the stomach.
The man was white, about 18, with short, dark hair.
He was about 5ft 7ins tall, had a moustache and facial hair on the sides of his face.
He was pale and spoke with a local accent.
At the time he was wearing a long black coat and black trousers.
Anyone with information, who saw anything or has relevant dash cam footage is asked to come forward.
