Penrith Traveled back to Prehistoric Times for a ROAR-some day on Saturday

Penrith became Jurassic Town for Dinosaur Day when TRex and his friends stomped into Penrith for some prehistoric fun and entertainment at Penrith’s first Dinosaur Day.

Great Dockray was buzzing with excitement as families got up close to life sized dinosaurs, learned hands on dinosaur ranger skills, and enjoyed some dinosaur themed face painting as the final Saturday event of the Penrith BiD Summer Saturday events.

Penrith BiD who organised and funded the free event said “Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. The smiles, gasps, and little roars from our junior explorers made it unforgettable.”
