Penrith Morrisons store evacuated as fire alarms sound

Customers and staff have this morning been evacuated from the Penrith Morrisons as fire alarms sounded at just after 9am.

Staff and customers were all escorted out of the building and assembled in the carpark.

Customers and staff have now been allowed to return to the store after checks were carried out.
