Penrith Fuel prices Increase Further within 12 Hours

We reported earlier today about the rising fuel costs impacting Penrith and across the UK in the last week.

Today the price of fuel in Penrith has continued its increased. In the space of 12 hours prices in Penrith have risen from its highest price of £1.51 for unleaded to £1.52 a 1p increase with Diesel rising from £1.53 to £1.55 a 2p increase.

Prices are continuing to spiral as the global cost per barrel rises with prices to consumers at the pump seeing a rapid rise once again.

Prices in Penrith are already above the national average reported by the RAC as currently at £1.45 for unleaded per litre.
