The 24 year old man arrested on Thursday during a drugs raid on a town centre shop were police locating a substantial cannabis farm operation with over 950 plants estimated to be worth over half a million is to appear North and West Cumbria Magistrates today (Friday 12th June)
Huu Thanh Nguyen, 24, of Middlegate, Penrith was charged with producing a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.
