Broken down car on A66 Eastbound at Kemplay Roundabout causing short delays to traffic

Eastbound traffic on the A66 between J40 and Kemplay is facing short delays with traffic queuing back to J40 due to a broken down car in the middle lane on the exit onto Kemplay roundabout.

Police have blocked the middle lane behind the broken down car until the vehicle can be recovered.
